DIRECTIONS: LIE (495) to Exit 38 (Northern State Parkway) East, to the Meadowbrook Parkway Exit 31 A. Stay
on Meadowbrook Parkway until Exit M4 (sign reads Hempstead and Coliseum (travel west) to
Main gate (opposite Dunkin Donuts) – enter main gate and turn right at the stop sign at first
major intersection – pool facility will be directly in front of you at first stop sign.

Friday, May 4th we will travel to Farmingdale HS Pool, for a dual meet.
Please let the coaches know if you are competing by this Wednesday. Warm-up time is about 4:45 pm to 5:00. Meet will start after 5 pm. This meet is open to all Red, White and Blue Team swimmers. Coach Heather has selected several LTS members.

This is our competitive schedule for 2011-12, it is tentative and is subject to change. If you have been selected for travel team, you must keep the majority of dates open. All championship meets are mandatory for athletes with qualifying times. We will include all necessary info regarding how to enter meets.
