Our team swam well at County Championships this weekend.

Special recognition to Emily Ryan and Amanda Nasti.

Both swimmers were only finalists and individual point scorers during competition for Lindenhurst.

Emily 5th place 100 Free (57.97 Metro TOP-25 Time), 9th 100 Fly, 11th 100 Breast, 12th 200 IM.

Amanda 11th 100 Fly, 19th 100 Back, 18th 100 Fly in 1:08.62 (ZQ Time Cut).

Our lesson program starts at age 4.

We train at Lindenhurst HS Pool during the school year on weekdays from 5-6:45 pm.
